LA County Training Center (Fire Camp)
Our Mission
The Los Angeles County Training Center (LACTC) is a program that prepares participants for careers in the fire service with access to case management and supportive services.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be able to reside at the Los Angeles County Training Center in Calabasas, CA
- Priority applications: Former justice involved, former foster system impacted, and veterans
- No arson and no sex crime convictions.
Program Highlights:
Free residential accommodations and free meals at the Calabasas training facility.
- Certifications, trainings, and career guidance in the fire services career field

- Case management support
- Job coaching and job placement assistance
